Would you like help with the Programme when in Labour?
It is important you feel that your birth experience and all decisions remain within your control. Professionals are there to support and guide you in order to keep you and your baby safe during childbirth. Some couples appreciate extra support from someone they know, as labour establishes and advances. It is an unknown journey but careful preparation can help you start labour in a positive and confident way. Learning and practising the Programme will give you an effective coping strategy to use during this time.
Linda is available to give support and practical help with the use of the Programme, including advanced techniques not taught in the class. As an expert practitioner she can offer different techniques to use as labour progresses or becomes more demanding.
If at any time during labour you choose not to use the Programme, then Linda will support you in which ever way you feel you need.
Being familiar with your birth plan and having got to know you both, Linda is able to offer appropriate guidance to help support your birth experience.

Urgent (unbooked) 1:1 support
Charges: - £30 per hour when in labour Phone support is available at no extra cost
Booked Support
Support offered consists of:
- 2 weeks on call prior to the birth and continued until birth
- Telephone support if needed
- Practical support with the Programme once in labour
- Accompanying to planned place of birth and continued support responsive to your choices and needs up to the birth of your baby
Price £400 - inclusive of non refundable deposit of £100 with booking.
Prior booking is advisable to secure availability.
